Mango online

As a mother of young children living in a rural town I rely on online shopping to buy clothes. The industry standard is pretty much the same: pay about £5 delivery and then you get Freepost returns, a free courier, or free returns to a store.
Not Mango. In fairness it's in their small print, but for other shoppers who like myself just expect a certain level of service, here's the low-down:
- You have to pay for returns, and they tend to send things out in boxes too large to go in the normal post.
- They do allow returns to stores BUT that is only free-standing stores, not concessions within department stores (even if you can see the same items hanging up!)
So don't get caught out like me - I arranged childcare, spent an hour driving to what I thought was my nearest store, then had to post the thing anyway costing £12.60, then drive an hour home.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

ASOS stock some Mango items and their delivery/returns policies are some of the best. I'll keep in mind to always read the small print!0
