Firefly - you would think you had took a picture of Lottie with this one, spitting image of her. I was standing by the sink the other day doing the pots and as I was doing them I was thinking to myself that I would make some soup (just thinking mind, didn't touch the soup maker or go to the fridge for veg) when Fred comes down the stairs holding Lottie. He asks if have the soup maker on as Lottie was hiding behind the toilet shaking which she does whenever I make soup. They are funny little dogs Yorkies.

hiya sylv, aww bless, yes, they can be a bit funny,
neighbours yorkie is the same, sometimes when she's round mine when i'm doggysitting & she starts barking & won't be quiet i get the hand held dyson out & she runs to hide behind settee :rotfl::rotfl:then she goes all quiet for ages & keeps peeping out to see if it's gone :eek::rotfl:she'll only come out when she hears me putting it away

Hope there's some luck in the Inn today

Poor Lottie Sylvia! Dogs hate loud noises don't they! Jasper hates the Hoover (think my hubby does too :whistle: ) and he hates the lawn mower.

I'm not happy with hubby today....yesterday he said he would get some shopping in while I looked after DD, I even wrote a list of stuff I needed. Today the kids got up and there was no cereals for them or DD didnt have any fruit for her pack lunch! Hubby's cereal bowl was in the sink so he must have got some before going to work! Men!! Can't live with em, can't live without em!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes! Have got a nice bottle of rose wine in the fridge so just need to buy something that just goes in the oven for dinner now. Take my celebrations seriously.
DD baked a cake last night so she is going to ice that when she gets home from school.

Well done on the book win too FF.

Just had my first facebook win! A dove gift set. They said they will send out in time for Mother's day! Brilliant! A bit low on cash due to going down to half pay whilst I'm on maternity leave so will be the perfect gift for Mum! :j
