I did get lots of strange looks fire**fly with the noisy cat, I had to ask a member of staff how to turn it off and we couldn't figure it out so I changed it for a quiet one!

Ordered the bracelet for DD's stocking, she's adamant she's too old for Santa but I'd like to fill her stocking anyway lol

The books were from your post pms, thanked you in iwiwiw the neighbour took the parcels in with something I ordered but I didn't get a card through door! I'm so glad they didn't post to other neighbour or I wouldn't have got them!

Well thats the bottles and branches etc all recycled !
Been to Tesco and they are giving a £5 Voucher to spend next week if you spend £40 so DH and I went through seperately so have 2 vouchers for next week. They also have half price mince and chicken breasts so not too bad a morning.
DD still wants a stocking with surprises and she is over 14
Will need to do some ironing soon.

Hi Sheils, sorry wasn't being nosy, forget not everybody gets recycle. We have 3 wheelie bins, 1 for general, 1 for card/plastic and 1 for gardening and then a box for bottles and tins so its easy here.


Becks, I would have jumped a mile, hope he was worth looking at. Morrisons came up trumps for us today with a large granary on offer for 80p and a nice man cut it for me and came round the store looking for me as I went off which he was doing it and forgot to go back. What fantastic service:T:T


Wingo - never mind the DD what is the dog going to think of it? It wouldn't last five minutes in our house as Lottie demolishes any cuddly toys left around.:rotfl:

Lovely Sunflower Sylvia. We have a really advanced system here that sorts everything out at a sorting centre without us doing anything!
Great, except it means we only get one bin which is fine apart from autumn when we are cutting down.Just about finished now anyway.
Got mince on for the dinner - really nice lean stuff at £2.57 for 750g so will make Spaghetti Bolognaise tomorrow too as DD won't eat it and DS will only have a bit of the Spag Bol. Bargain.

Evening all, didn't get much comping done over the weekend so I've been playing 'catch up' today. Seem to have spent a lot of the time requesting merges and helping posters correct headings, but I think I'm up to date now

Just had a WEM for an eye shadow palette and a matt Lip Gloss from the Look! Daily comp, no doubt DD will lay claim to that.
