Have defrosted the freezer today. Horrible job lol and we only have a little freezer. My own fault i shouldn't leave it so long :rotfl:

Hubby is home and in good spirits at minute. Wonder how long til he is back to his normal grumpy self :rotfl:

Another beautiful day here, really quite warm and sunny. Have only just finished the dailies, always leave WO to the end as there are always so many I want to enter. It is annoying having the same comp in so many of them now but then no-one is forcing me to enter. Have had too many nice prizes from them to stop entering although some days I don't get them all done.

Had a knock on the door, got excited thinking it might be a win. Nope, just the babysling I'd ordered lol

OH took LO to the seafront this afternoon so had an hour to myself. Pure bliss though didn't get any comping done. Oops.

Love wandering along seafronts nicole! We live near the sea but have a harbour rather than a seafront. Thinking of wandering along Morcambe's seafront on Sunday.

Aw Thankyou everyone :A today's went well and was good fun (group interview) involving role play etc. I was supposed to be working at a children's centre tonight with 3 others but when we got there we weren't allowed in because of CRB issues, mines still valid but we all needed one for the place in particular! So my final interview is tomorrow but don't find out till next week sometime. I'm a bit more relaxed now!

Have you all caught up on your comps then and ready for march?
I haven't been comping today, when I came home hubby had been knocking plaster off wall near oven but I could smell gas. Son could smell it too and dog came in from garden and stuck his nose in air sniffing! :eek: hubby insisted it was ok but I was worried. eventually the smell faded and hubby switched oven on! I appreciate all the work he's putting in but I just wish he would get professionals in.

Awh bless him Wingo! As long as it's not there now, my gas cooker at uni used to smell all the time, Landlord insisted it was okay! (eek!)

I do love my book wins, I've managed to only read one I won last year! I wish I needed to travel to work/anywhere so I can take one with me. My mum reads them after me and then I pass them onto friends and family.

I know the feeling about CRB, they changed to DBS a week after mine was completed, so I'll be needing a new one as soon as this placement has finished! (sigh!)

I hope everyone has some nice wins to start off the month I only have another 276 days to win my iPad this year! Time is running out

I love getting book wins too. I've always said I'd love a job where i had to travel by train to so I could get some good reading time. Reading on the train seems so relaxing to me. I've yet to find a job though so stuck reading when the kids give me 5 minutes peace :rotfl:
