tbh am the same sheils

not so much with hols but like to keep up with the boards & dailys etc, hopefully they won't be long doing

All the ceiling and tiles are off, the mess was unbelievable! Tomorrow we are knocking some more plaster off walls so will be messy again! We jus keep coming across lots of hurdles.

the wall we were knocking into through dining room we thought was a supporting wall but there's no joist there and as its an old house (possibly a previous bungalow) that's been transformed in past it doesn't look safe to leave without a joist. Hubby is on about putting in a steel lintel.

we'll get there....eventually!

If I don't get this job...I'm going into the building trade! :rotfl:

omgosh wingo, sounds like a lot of hard work to be done,
you took me back to our old house remembering when we renovated, was lovely when it was all done & worth it but it can be so tiring x

It is, we've had plans drawn up years ago along with a dormer but we could only afford one so we've been putting it off. Will be so much easier when I'm working again. I wish there was a comp to win a job for life!
