I've been to the seaside :jand on a gorgeous sunny day too. Had a lovely time with my GD today and lots of fresh sea air, might not have tired her out much but Granny is pretty beat :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Didn't take the lappy with me so a lot to catch up on but 2 nice WEMs so happy with that.

Will have to catch up on all the news in the Inn

Well done on the book win fire**fly, I had a WEM from Women's Weekly for a pair of Fiskars scissors, they'll come in handy. DH laughs at me 'cos I use scissors for everything, even cutting pizza

Hope your combo meal turned out well wingo, some of our best meals have been when I've been using up bits from the freezer.

Just reading back over the toilet seat posts. I can remember when I was a child we had a wooden toilet seat and every now and then Dad would rub it down and repaint it. That had to be done last thing at night obviously and woe betide anyone who needed the loo during the night, I can remember being held over the bath because the seat was still wet For days afterwards you slightly stuck to the seat if you sat there for too long.

Wonderful news on the interview, I remember how nervous I used to get before presentations at university! You've done so well (fingers crossed)

I must sort out a system for doing the daily mags, I said I'd make more of an effort this year!

such a lot of them now it does take a while to get through them :eek:
i've a list of weekly/monthly/dailies on faves that i save then open 2 pages when doing them so can also check for updates that's been added, usually do them first thing in the mornings
