Firefly - thanks for the wine. I know what you mean about the mushroom thingy sometimes they can be a bit mushroomy but not tasty enough. Could try some garlic and ginger as they are very good for you. I know it sounds strange but I keep a tin of powdered mustard and add just a little to the slow cooker stuff and it just seems to give what it needs. But hey we all like different things.

Sheils - glad you are having a good time and hope you don't get caught in snow on the way back.

Becks - Thats find, thought it would be alright as Wingo had suggested I pass something on to you so was pretty OK with that. Nice to have added you anyway.

Just watched Call the Midwife it was good tonight.

Caught up a bit on the comps so will have an early night.

Last year there was some Japanese tourists taking pics outside the £1 shop! I guess they don't have one in Japan!

Sylvia, sometimes fb comes up with things like....'someone (name) recommended this, or someone as a friend' ....I don't always take notice of it! Glad it was Becks. The majority of my friends list is comping friends anyway. (I just follow suit! )

Just done my ironing so thought I would chill for a bit.
Had to make some pancakes earlier, kids couldn't wait till Tuesday!
