still battling with argos over interest! Good news they have refunded me late payment and over paid interest. Bad news will not stop or reduce interest further so I am paying £20pm and only £5 coming off amount I owe. Argos do not subscribe to the Lending Code.

How much is the debt?
Maybe get a 0% credit card.. Pay the balance off with that then repay the card.. Make sure you clear it before the 0% runs out..

We are the same with them on our DMP..
only owe them a very small amount in comparison to others, about £500, so the monthly for them is only about £9 i think, but each month they whack on about £35 interest and charges...
Repeated letters have gone ignored!!0
