Steam Oven

Hi all
My mum has just bought a free standing steam oven. She wants to make pies like the ones you get in the pie and mash shop.
She's doing quite well with that, but we were wondering what else she could do with it. It didn't come with any recipes, I was wondering if anyone on here had one, and what they used it for?
Apols if this is in the wrong place
