Bramble Jelly, is it rescuable?
Tawny75
I made some bramble jelly for the first time last week, only enough for one jam jar but I was so proud of it. I opened the jar today and it is rock hard! Is this rescuable? and how can I stop it happening again?
Thank you

Tawny....you could try melting jelly over a low heat and adding some water, as I would think that you let it boil for too long....not sure if that will work but worth a try.
When boiling jelly, every 15 mins or so put small amount on cold saucer and test for set after 5 mins....if skin has formed and jam/jelly wrinkles when you push with finger, it should set.
Good luck
