I don't know Goater's opinions on this so I couldn't say one way or the other.
However, I think that when the UK tax payer ends up paying millions of £s so someone who has openly stated that they think the UK is a toilet can fight to stay here, someone who initially entered the UK on a student Visa then decided to stay (illegally), there most certainly is something wrong with the way the legal system is being run.
