Company car and fuel

I, my company has just been taken over by a large Plc and they have changed the way we operate our vehicles,i have always had a company car and got personal fuel,but now the new company have withdrawn the personal fuel i got,
I fill the car up and they pay me 15pence for business miles,i have notified the HMRC,that i no longer get personal fuel,what will they need from me in documentation to prove the point,or will my daily log claiming the business miles suffice.
