Yet another suppliers ups their prices.
"Important changes to Sky Talk Weekends, Freetime and Anytime (formerly Talk Unlimited)
Effective from 1 December 2012
Connection Fee
The connection fee for non-inclusive calls will increase from 13.1p to 13.87p, unless a separate connection fee or minimum fee is specified. Connection fees will not apply to:
• Weekend calls for Sky Talk Weekends customers to UK# landlines
• Evening and weekend calls for Sky Talk Freetime customers to UK# landlines
• Unlimited calls at any time for Sky Talk Anytime (formerly Talk Unlimited) customers to UK# landlines and 20 international geographic landline destinations†
UK Landline Rates
The rate for non-inclusive calls to UK landline numbers starting with 01, 02, 03 and 08701 numbers will increase from 7.95p per minute to 8.41p per minute plus a 13.87p connection fee.
Inclusive calls last up to an hour. After which the rate for calls to UK landline numbers will increase from 7.95p per minute to 8.41p per minute. Or you can hang up and redial as often as you like. Subject to Acceptable Use Policy.
Calls to the Channel Islands
Calls to the Channel Islands are charged at separate rates to the rest of the UK. Call rates to the Channel Islands will increase from 7.95p per minute to 8.41p per minute during the daytime.
Important changes to Sky Line Rental
For existing customers who joined Sky Line Rental before 1 September 2012, the price of your Sky Line Rental will increase to £14.50 a month.
If you are a Sky Talk Line Rental customer affected by the change above, you have the option to cancel your Sky Talk subscription without charge. Further details on how to do this are set out in your Sky Talk terms and conditions "

You can call them and pay your line rental in advance. Its £119 for 12 months (i.e ~£10 a month instead of 14) I did this yesterday, so its certainly possible!0
