harrassment from Impact Debt collecting company

I hope you can help me.
I had a debt with Vanquis that was being handled , along with other debts, by MoneyTailor under a DMP. In July I received a letter frmo Impact Collection Services saying that Vanquis had passed the debt recovery onto them. They asked me to contact them immediately to discuss a payment. I called MoneyTailor who sais they would contact Impact with a payment plan. I have had constant phone calls between 8.45am and 8pm on a regular basis since July as well as letters and emails. They are very rude when I ask them to contact Moneytailor as I am under a DMP with them and say they cant do that.. I now ignore their calls and Money Tailor have now sent 2 payment plans to them and still they keep ringing using various mobile numbers. . This is making me feel ill now I am actually sick from work with anxiety and depression this matter is not helping. Any suggestions?

You can request all contact to be made in writting only and that your number be removed from there records.
Harassment by telephone
Why throw money after a company that offers a service you can get for free elsewhere. Your money should go towards clearing debts. List at the end of the page.0 -
OP, ditch Money Tailor as your dmp provider and go for one of the free companies - CCCS, Payplan or CAB. All your money will go to paying your debts and not lining the pockets of these sharks who will probably do less for you and rip you off.
You'll be debt free sooner too.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
