I like to do workout at home. I spent one hour daily to do workout. My workout routine is simple. I do some walk first and after it i do running. I also do yoga daily.0

For the abdominal area you want to target, I'd being doing a lot of planks, fast situps - lots of em, lizards, all fours crawling (on feet and hands - round the room / garden), burpees and squat thrusts.
A balance ball upon which to do planks I find pretty good.
I'd sooner do 6 minutes full pelt interval training than say 20 minutes leisurely sit - ups.0
