Cold Buffet Meal Ideas for £10 needed

I have been lurking these MSE forums for many months and wondered if you wonderful people could give me some ideas. I will also check out the other threads regarding cheap meals.
I have my MIL and FIL :eek:coming for tea on Sunday with only have £10 to spend on food and alcohol drinks:o. I have come up with idea of going through my freezer and store cupboard so that I could make a cold buffet.
So I thought if I put a list on the forum, you may be able to come up with some ideas for snacks.
Freezer/Fridge:
Chips
Sausages
Pizza bases
HM Spaghetti Bolognese
Cauliflower
Pork Steaks
Braising Steak
White fish (coley etc)
Stir Fry Vegetables
Bacon
Sweetcorn
Mushrooms (fresh & frozen)
Peppers (fresh & frozen)
Eggs
Bacon
Cheese
Autumn Pickle
Aubergine, Courgette, Peppers, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Shallots (all fresh)
Bramley cooking apples
Store Cupboard:
Usual staples – flour, spices, herbs etc
Anchovies, Sardines, Tuna
Chunky Soups
Pasta Sauce
Pasta
Beans, Beans and more Beans
Bulgar Wheat, Couscous, Rice
Pickled onions
I know there is not a lot of obvious buffet meals but I wondered if any of the foods could be used in different ways to how I usually cook – I have al**, sain****** and M&S with easy reach so I am quite lucky. Thanks for your help.......

Well if your good at making pastry I can see bacon + mushroom quiche, sausage pie,and use the stir fry veg and add a bit of curry powder to do like a indian style pasty.
Cut some of the fresh veg very small and cook some rice/pasta shape's, let the rice/pasta go cold, add the veg and some salad cream/mayonase/ thousand island dressing, what ever you happen to like to do a rice/pasta salad with, also if you have any of that left it's the sort of thing you can have the next day.
I can't think of anything else, but I hope it help's a bit, and I hope you have a nice day with the in-law's.£71.93/ £180.000 -

In addition to boultdj's ideas, you could also make:
homemade veg pizza using your bases, some of your veg, cheese and pasta sauce
couscous and roasted veg salad
mini fishcakes or goujons using your white fish
mini toad in the holes with sausages and yorkshire batter
you could use your bramley apples to do a pie or crumble for pudding, or make some crepes with your flour and eggs
which leaves almost the whole tenner to spend on some alcohol0 -
Thanks for all your brilliant ideas - meal plan on the ready. Off to A*** to buy the alcohol.Grocery Challenge: £42.13 /£100 September 2013
