New SIM - A Previous Offer

Hello everyone.
A while ago, someone on this board kindly offered me a free unused SIM card but I can't remember who it was...!
Well today, someone very kindly gave me a lovely Sharp flip top phone and a SIM card. (Vodafone).
Unfortunately I locked the phone whilst trying to change the security code and then tried (with the previous owners help) to try & guess the code/did stuff where I should have been putting in a PUK code and basically it's all gone wrong.
When I tried to get a PUK code from the Vodafone automated helpline, it said the number I put in was not valid...I presume because I screwed it up royally with all the guesses (derrrrrrrrr).
So anyway, getting back to the point, if anyone can remember (or has!) that free SIM card kicking about that they still would like to offer it, I'd really appreciate it as this lovely new mobile phone is currently useless.
Gutted!
Please PM me or reply on here, I'll try to check the boards again later.
Thank you!
PS I think it has to be a Vodafone SIM card by the way.

Hi
I don't have any vodafone sim cards but I do have a spare 'new' - still sealed O2 sim card. Is that any good to you or is your mobile locked to vodafone?
