Same happened to me - both IE and Firefox, then turned off Norton and it worked :beer:

I wouldnt bother with this . i did it a while ago and when the print arrives it has CANON stamped across the middle

only really useful if you want to see the quality of the printers

dont get too excited..they print this banner across the top saying 'print sample'...u cant cut it off coz its placed as a diagonal... and theres also a bar along the bottom saying canon...!

if u do try cutting these inserts off..ur left with this oddly shaped pic that u cant even frame..!
