Two years ago we had an agreement with Barclays for credit to purchase a new apple mac, this arrived fine, I presumed that the direct debit was being taken, but some time later realised they had not been taking the direct debit.
We have now (Two years later) received a letter from barclays saying they were going to start taking payments< I don't know why but I cancelled the direct debit, they have now sent me another letter saying they are charging me late payment charges of £22, what do I do have I any rights on this Please help.
