99p Stores VHS bargain

I know there is a separate thread for Poundland, but I couldn't find one for their competitor 99p Store, so I thought I'd start one!
Today the Basildon branch had a load of VHS tapes priced at 2 for 99p. Included in this offer were some of the Simon Schama "History of Britain" tapes (only part two unfortunately, otherwise I'd have bought them!) and the BBC mini series "Cambridge Spies" (links to IMDB.com) starring Samuel West, Tom Hollander, Rupert Penry-Jones (from "Spooks") and Toby Stephens (the baddie in "Die Another Day". This is an official BBC Worldwide double tape pack from 2003 (234 minutes) and is a dramatised look at the story of Burgess, Maclean, Philby and Blunt.
For 99p, not bad!

I think that Morrisons sells items such as Lord Of The Rings film on VHS for 99p or £1 (not sure) for each film.

I got birthdays cards that are hand made...you know the type that look posh (!!) 2 for 99p and disney standy outy ones 2 for 99p I've seen similar cards for £1.79 each in a well known card shop so I was way chuffed with myself!!
