Found same jeans in different colour for same price, so ordered these as alternative. Fingers crossed!!!

Hi surely they cant just cancel it if they are advertising it ! That is against the law!

Their cancellation email says 'unfortunately due to technical issues we are unable to supply the style you have chosen from the Animal eBay shop because the stock was unavailable at the time of purchase', which basically means their staff aren't checking/updating stock properly as far as I can tell.

Sure, but when you put an ad in at Ebay you put in the quantity you have in stock. ie. if I have 10 books to sell I would give that info, Ebay cannot sell 11 or more books. So that i don't need to update any stock info. Hope that makes sense. Bit of a lame excuse.

I'd agree with that, yes.
But I have known a company that when listing huge numbers of different products via turbo, they just put quantity available as 100 for everything. Or something along those lines. Pure laziness if you ask me!
