I printed my tickets out tonight. The See tickets page states, "If you have any problems view the online FAQ, if you are still having problems please contact us or call 01159 934 115 (24hrs)"

The link to the FAQs is http://www.seetickets.com/Content/faq which seems to be their usual enquiries for tickets that have been paid for. But worth a try asking.
