just had great news safesound, did what you said and theyve sent me a letter saying that due to the nature of the issues raised and age of account that its been closed on Wescots systems and should no longer receive correspondance and I got an apology! and no, I didnt know anything about this id fraud until just before xmas which spoilt it a bit. I worry too much. my credit wasnt affected though over the nine years, ive had 3 mortgages loans etc,. so I knew it couldnt be too bad a situation. thanks for the advice though.
