    I would like to help you but I suggest you consult the Union for any advice and guidance about the manager's behaviour. Everything you discuss should be done so in confidence.

    Sign up with a different user name, and post the query separate to this with no mention of where you work - just the situation. Then everyone can see what is advised and if you are getting bad advice then it can be stated so by other people.

    Also, post 'please don't quote this post as I will be deleting is as it can identify me', and as soon as you have found what you need, delete your text.
