How long does thawed food last?

I took a home made vegetarian sausage, mushroom with a cream cheese sauce out the freezer late last night, its been in the fridge all day. I don't fancy it now, would it be ok tomorrow night?

If it's been defrosted in the fridge it will have taken quite a while to defrost fully anyway, AND if it was frozen quickly after you made it. i.e not left in the kitchen or fridge for days/hours, then yes it should be totally fine tomorrow.

Thanks, it was frozen as soon as it had cooled. I ended up eating it but not enjoying it., the dog enjoyed it though. This is why meal plans never work for me. I NEVER want to eat what I have planned, normally I would have just shoved it straight in the microwave from frozen, I should have done that!
