A good find, as the tanita one is usually about 90quid elsewhere.

Unfortunately though electronic body composition devices like these are highly in-accurate and you are better off buying some body fat calipers and taking proper readings. They are also cheaper than buying the scales.

I got given a similar set of tanita scales last year as a present and i gave up on using it for anything other than just recording my weight as the fat reading varied so much, even if i weighed myself at the same time each day. It also reckoned I was about 25% fat when I could see a 6 pack when I looked in the mirror. lol.
