Hi there
I've just made a batch of blackberry muffins for my little ones but it says in the recipe to eat on the day you make them or freeze them - well despite them probably wanting to I'm not letting them eat a dozen muffins in one day so can anyone tell me how I go about freezing them? I assume this will involve wrapping them in something but whats best foil or cling film?
Also can anyone tell me how best to defrost/eat

I just put them in a big freezer bag, make sure most of the air is squeezed out and they will be fine
I have about 12 blueberry and raspberry muffins in my freezer right now!
To defrost - a couple of hours at room temperature or a very quick blast in the microwave on defrost, but be careful as it's so easy to overdo it and make them go soft and too hot.0 -
Hi,
I just pop them in food bags/sandwich bags/ food boxes whatever you've got. No need what so ever to buy cling film and foil is far to expensive to use for that.
To defrost just leave out of the freezer for a couple of hours.0
