We’ve teamed up with The Good Food Guide to offer ten finalists, and a guest, a fantastic day at the Waitrose Cookery School.
One lucky winner will then be crowned an honourary restaurant inspector; dining anonymously at a highly regarded restaurant, with a personal pre-meal pep talk from Elizabeth Carter, Consultant Editor of The Good Food Guide.
Their review of the meal will then be published in The Good Food Guide 2014.
To enter this culinary competition and prove you’ve got what it takes to be a restaurant inspector, you will need to submit a written 250 word review of a restaurant you have recently visited.
Entries must be received by Thursday 25 October 2012.
