I have registered the account and got the password through, but I can't seem to successfully log in, I find it very confusing!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £16,797.770

It is very confusing but I figured it out eventually. Your password is emailed to you when you register. To login, enter your user name. Then look for the first letter of your password in the groups of letters surrounding the login box and click the icon in the middle. Repeat this for each letter of your password.0

I have been attempting to do this and I still get the message "log in failed". Is it important that the letters are different colours?

I'd guess that the colours don't matter but that it's case sensitive.0
