I agree with the others. You must go to the CAB and get advice. If your credit score is already bad just consider that it can't get any worse. With that in mind there is only one way to go - and that's UP.
From the debts you have I'm curious to know how good a landlord you have? I'd be tempted to tackle your unpaid accomodation fees first. You need a roof over your head!!
Think positive and it will get sorted out.
Whilst you've encountered some unsavoury people in your past I do hope that your confidence hasn't been too badly knocked. From the posts I've seen on here you've come to the right place as we're a friendly bunch.

I advice at CAB and we will do our very best in order to assist you. If you are fully liable for this debt, then CAB can write letters on your behalf in order to come up with an achievable payment plan. You will need to bring all the relating paperwork, including everything ( if any) you have written.
CAB can also look at your finances as a whole and check if you are eligible to claim anything.SSB0
