I am still a bit confused.

Are you buying a place for £80,000 and you already have £70,000.

If you only need £10k and I have the scenario correct then you will have no trouble at all.

You will need to ascertain your monthly budget and then see which one is most cost effective...

    Good luck

Subject to your credit score, you can walk in and get it the same day as an unsecured loan.

Whether that is good advice would depend upon your circumstances and what you can afford to repay each month.

If you want the lowest monthly repayment (value) then a mortgage would be cheaper (per month) as over a longer period of time. It will cost more in the long run so may not be suitable for you...

Varies quite a bit and will depend upon the length of the term.

Go to your own bank or on their website and it will tell you quite easily...

They wouldn't get a £10k personal loan on an income under £10k, would they?
