I placed an order for a sale hand cream at around 2.30pm yesterday and have not had a cancellation email. I wonder if they are letting some of the sale item orders through?

This is what was on my email, and I can confirm that £6.20 had been taken from my card pretty much straight away. So I have replied telling them I want a refund, has this happened to anyone else.

[FONT=&quot]When you place an order a ‘pre-authorised’ amount is held in your bank, in this case £6.20, however, this amount is never physically debited and the pre-authorised hold will drop off naturally up to 10 days after depending on the card issuer.

This was in response to the email I sent them........so they do take it momenterally but not physically...just hope thats the case.

Normally they hold the money then take it when it comes to dispatch so I think no money has actually been taken from your account

Well they had my money via Paypal for the sale handcream, so it's been paid for... no cancellation as yet!

I have just brought the magazine...and gonna get the boyfriend to go to the store near his work tomorrow to get it...that way I wont pay P&P, and will get something for £2 instead of £12 & P&P. and I got the mag out of it, which also comes with dove hair therapy and L'Occitane hand cream, and a free sachet inside of something, so defo worth getting the mag instead, but only if your near to a molton brown store as its not valid in department stores, airport stores or outlets.:j:j
