ok i dont feel too bad now. fingers crossed this month will be better though. we might actually get to start some savings.

Hi there :j and well done on your budgeting. Dont feel bad about your mini break - it sounds like you deserve it :). I have made a few comments next to your SOA where you may be able to make some extra savings. Have you included everything above though ? like Council tax or TV licence fee ? there is a good template for a SOA at the top of the DFW threads called 'first time posters' - have a look at that to see if you are including everything and this will make budgeting for next month better. Also have you used the MSE budgetting spreadsheet - it is really good and I use it all the time.

All the best and good luck - OOPS

Hi sammy. Just popped back to say i really do think you need to look at the positive here. A few months ago your Bf couldn't work at all because he had lost his sight so the fact that he is driving cars must mean things have gone well on that front at least. In light of that really good news I'd say you definitely deserved a treat to make up for the bad times and as you say things don't seem as bad now as you first thought. :D Happy Easter!!!
