Yes loans ...... success

I asked a few days ago about getting my 'admin fee' back from yes loans from a loan application last year ..... well after 2 letters to them since January ....

..... I got a cheque in the post today with my refund :beer:

I did this a few weeks ago on behalf of my daughter.I sent the letter quoting what was written on here and within five days she got a cheque for her fee back.We could'nt believe it.I expected to have to haggle at least a couple of more letters .They must be giving more fees back than taking them these days.

Can you explain more about the process? How did you get the loan so quick?

how did you manage that as I presume it would be int he contract you signed at the start of the loan that you agreed to pay the 'admin fee' ??
