I asked a few days ago about getting my 'admin fee' back from yes loans from a loan application last year ..... well after 2 letters to them since January ....

I did this a few weeks ago on behalf of my daughter.I sent the letter quoting what was written on here and within five days she got a cheque for her fee back.We could'nt believe it.I expected to have to haggle at least a couple of more letters .They must be giving more fees back than taking them these days.0

how did you manage that as I presume it would be int he contract you signed at the start of the loan that you agreed to pay the 'admin fee' ??0
