Hi everyone,

I am handing the daily thread and all to do with it over to Glad again. Looking after it this past week or two has solidified my not wanting it back in any way, shape or form:rotfl:

Partly its time and other commitments, partly its that I no longer have the interest or motivation to want to dedicate to maintaining it. also it's not fair on the compers who use the thread for me to carry on with it if I am not keeping on top of it. I'm not comping either even though i miss my wem's and surprise postie visits Just doing the first post takes up a heck of a lot less time than all three did but I have been finding even that a chore on some days. Thank you to both KatieL and bhafc for their help with posts two and three

I've asked for help, or someone to take over either temporarily or on a more permanent basis a few times this past year and Glad was the only person who responded or was prepared to step in. Thus I feel it is really more her thread now than mine so I think its really down to her to decide what happens with it from this point.

Thank you all for all your help over the years, for all the links you have added, and all the feedback and suggestions throughout which have helped me keep the thread going and up to date and there would not have been a thread many of us chose to work from or use as a means of finding daily comps.

Apart from ensuring post 1 is up to date and ready to be copied I am handing everything to do with the thread over to Glad again now.

a great big thank you to you for all your work over the years doing this for us :Ai've always found this daily thread so clear/easy to follow with your colour codes /updates/clear way of posting them, i for one will miss you & wish you well in all ways xxx
