My wife and I are about to get back onto the property ladder after 4 years off it. Will we qualify as a first time buyer or will our previous mortgage make us exempt from any of the first time buyer perks?

No such thing as a first time buyer perk - all mortgages that are available these days are usually available to first time buyers. next time buyers and remortgages - so it really does not matter that you have owned a property before you will still get a good deal, particularly if you go througha brokerI am a Mortgage Adviser
