Vegetarian Recipes for Halogen Oven

As the title really. I'm planning on buying a halogen oven within the next day or so but would like a recipe book specifically for vegetarians (or vegans). Some of the recipe books I've seen do have a few recipes for vegetarians but I resent paying for a book which will really be only of 10% use to me.
So if anybody knows of anything aimed at non-meat eaters I'd be glad to hear of it.
TIA

Have just bought a halogen oven as thought it would be quicker and more economical to cook, but the recipe book says vegetables cook more slowly than in a conventional oven. Not sure if it's worth having for vegetarians. Any thoughts? We haven't used it yet so it's not too late to send it back!0

I used mine for the first time this evening - cooked frozen onion rings and frozen Quorn fillet in the halogen and new potatoes/vegetables in the steamer. Potatoes went in first then added halogen things and veggies five minutes later. All done in total of 20 minutes. I'll get more adventurous I'm sure but very pleased with my first attempt.0
