Leftover lamb...with black pudding!

I'm after a bit of inspiration please. I had lamb on Sunday - bought a lovely piece from the butcher at the Malvern Autumn show, wrapped round a smashing bit of black pudding. :drool:



As you can see, I've got quite a bit left over. I've also got a small bowlful of leftover roasted vegetables.

I've looked on the leftover lamb thread, but wanted ideas that would suit the black pudding please.

I've made a lamb hotpot in the past with black pudding- was lovely. I don't have the recipe to hand, but hope the idea helps :-)
