Credit card crisis

Have a accumulated credit card debt made up of balance transfers, and a Halifax one credit card with a current balance of £2,000 plus! want to be debt free by the time I am 50 in another 3 years time, but have three kids two dogs and three cats, not to mention a husband! I run my own business from home and am tired of owing money! . Need advice for not spending on credit card and transferring balance, and need to stop spending again!
