Not sure if this Is the right forum, but it made me smile. Takes some doing searching for work at times.
(JCP/Work Programme) or similar.
After a customer has completed their training you will manage there case. Giving them advice on a range on subjects, such as; training, housing, money, health, drugs, bullying and employment.
Does this mean they will teach these subjects? As well as deciding on how to spell their?

Given it is post training it sounds more like a support line than actual teaching0
