Anyone used this mortgage company before, kindly let me have your experience please? They are promising 100% mortgage, for 1st time buyers even people with poor credit history, CCjs etc. This sounds too good to be true and before I make contact would like an honest opinion from someone whose used them before. Thanks

They are not a broker or advisor - they are not authorised by the FSA and they will pass your details on to another broker.
Personally would steer clear - speak to an authorised advisor.
The more I read the website the more I am worried - it talks about advice and lots of choice - then in the small print they are not authorised by the FSA and do not offer advice and basically will pass/sell your details on to another broker!
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - you have no comeback on them or no protection.Used to be an advisor but no longer!
Still qualified and active in the FS industry!!!0 -
If they are not regulated by the FSA then avoid at all cost.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
