Been offered a job - don't know whether to take it...

Hey,
I applied for a job on a whim a couple of weeks ago, had the interview last week and was offered the job. All good so far.
The job is in London and it will be a two hour commute each way for a £16000 job. I also have to care for a close relative (I do their dialysis at home every day which lasts 4 hours). I know this person would never come out and say it but I think they are worried I won't be able to manage the job, the commute and the dialysis. To be honest I know it will make me completely knackered!
I don't know if maybe I should give this job a miss and just look for jobs closer to home.
I know a job is a job but I also have to think about my own and my family members health too.
If you were in my position, what would you do?

4 hours travelling per day for a £16,000 job?
I personally wouldn't take it..but I would judge on how you feel. In your heart you will know whether it is right or wrong for you
Sort of depends how desperate you are for work and as others have suggested, whether you would be willing to get someone else in to help with the caring side of things at home. good luck whatever you decide!x0
