Agree with all you say - same here she agreed vouchers - just there was a mention on here earlier where KC are offering wipes on todays phonecalls.

Ps I have a Bravia tv, m&s put the £400 discount on twice couple years ago, paid peanuts for it and was shocked it actually arrived....... Also getting a garage full Bravia (wrong spelling me thinks) cheers.....

Nobody has so far reported receiving the shine sheets. Some have reported that the lady said she'd send shine sheets.. but she might have got mixed up with the amount of calls she's received.

Lets wait and see what we get before we start getting our knickers in a twist.

Of course.. have you not read this thread? At least 6 people so far have reported receiving generic vouchers Patty.. so all is not lost.

I posted yesterday about not eing able to readthe arcode on my receipt for apg, I phone them again and said they couldn't over ride it so would send me a £5 gift card, couldn't really say i knew the apg would have given me £8 so accepted it. I went into the store and mentioned the receipt was unreadable and the lovely lady looked on the computer and managed to find the transaction for me so i have now printed my apg for £8
