Those of us that suffer will be very glad of any suggestions.:)

I find cold sores a real pain..in many ways..the trouble with most remedies is that they only get rid of them temporarily..I find they often return and become an even bigger pain second / third time around.
Sometimes its best to try to ignore them...don't pick at them or give them an opportunity to spread their horrible virus...if that fails then they can be treated with liquid nitrogen as a last resort.
