I must have been lucky just had to do that bit three times to reveal a code. Had another window open ready to paste code into for speed. Immediately tried my luck again but all had gone by then at 15.04!

well tbh most stores from looking on here didn't stock the product. It wasn't just a few stores but the majority, that's where the problem lies with me:o don't have a nationwide promotion and not sell the product in the first place. Simple.

Just got a callback from Tosco apologising for the "problems they've had with this promotion" [Andrex]. No moneycard, but the Welsh chap gave me a phone number for the promoter: 0800 626008. He told me to speak to a lady called Kimberly Clark :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I had already emailed this "lady" yesterday and they got back to me today saying they will send me a prepaid envelope like the rest of you have :T

Just had a look at the gift sets, look nice but probably overpriced for what they are though.

I suppose if the worst happens the gift sets can go back, you could say it was a duplicate purchase
