Dear Jemma
Thank you for your email regarding the recent Andrex promotion, running in our stores, of a free gift with your purchase.
Please accept my sincere apologies that your local store has no stock of Kleenex Shine. We are working together with Kimberley Clark, to make sure you are able to take advantage of this free gift.
To receive your complimentary pack of Kleenex Shine, we would be grateful if you could call Kimberley Clark on either 0800 626008 (UK) or 1800 626008 (ROI) and they will arrange to send you a pre-paid envelope in which to enclose your voucher and contact details.
The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Thursday 9am to 3pm. Once your voucher and details are received, your Kleenex Shine will be sent out to you.
Once again, we are sorry your gift wasn’t available in store at the time of purchase and would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
Reciveved from mr t so they think ill get product in post? Lets hope kc honours there email advising ill get coupons! And being able to use on huggies will be magic!0 -
HI ALL
Sad its over , i think what we need is some teckie person on here to set up a forum you can only access via username and password
but to get username and password you would have to be given that from the forum owners( whoever doea the set up )
i am not technical at all so not something i have any idea about but it would be a private place so that people could share things without people watching.:cool:
There have been attempts in the past to create a closed society and it backfired miserably, also caused a lot of upset. I'm afraid the fact that this is a public forum is a double edged sword... yes, anybody can look in, but anybody can also contribute. Just a few weeks ago a relatively new, infrequent poster alerted us to the cereal glitch, which probably wouldn't have happened were this a small, gated community.
I fully agree about the annoyance of lurkers, moles, etc., but is there a feasible solution without sacrificing the collective brain/glitching/testing power that a public thread affords?:think:0 -

Could you not return them and the re-buy?0 -
Sorry, this time your shop would have been £1.95 cheaper elsewhere.
We’ll give you a voucher for the difference because that is our Price Promise to you.
Apology accepted.:D0 -

Take it instore, I am sure they can scan the barcode to access the details and maybe reprint/tell you what they are?0 -
