  • Do you thing Mr A will refund the 9 boxes of Milk Tray I bought this morning from 3 shops, I will take the hit on the dove, but £30 worth of chocs, money would be better spent on other things. Need to think of a good excuse, ha ha.
£2015 in 2015 (Although actual goal is £10 a day)

Nope, they were approached by the press - the story had broken long before then.

Only an idiot would think this has anything to do with ASDA/MSM attempting to fix this any quicker than they already were.

was in the press Friday/Sat glitch over Monday...

altho A's could be playing games.....one or two get the glitch say wednesday....100's (hi lurkers:p)clear the shelves Thursday morning...fixed lunchtime!!
    :laugh::rotfl:

Imo the press had been alerted first to it by someone reading this forum (not pointing to anyone here), as had happened in the past. Sleeping dogs and all that though. And A's clearly was trying to fix it early this time as reports of stores clearing shelves of choc show.

And yes, I agree, no use crying now the milk's been spilt. I do think recent events have left a sour taste in a lot of people's mouths and folk seem to be a bit disillusioned about this thread, the direction it's taken at times lately and maybe just human nature in general...

Which is a shame, as the old ethos of caring and sharing does still shine through brightly at times. It would be nice to see some old faces on here more often again...

Really think they must have someone reading this thread. That was fixed too quickly.
Wish I'd known about the Chocolates glitch yesterday afternoon when I was in A's. They would've made nice presents.
Can't be long before one of them mess up again so we'll just have to stay on our toes.
Think they've put the trolley lads on a bonus here, or else they're collecting the receipts themselves. Didn't see one receipt in car park or trolley bay.

I saw one doing this the other day! Was trying to surreptitiously work my way towards a big receipt in the parked trolleys, but had to put mine back first to get my coin out. The trolleyboy beat me to it and pocketed the receipt!:( Can't blame them really.

I've got three of those 'cleaning mags'. No idea what to do with them as totally new but grabbed three. My neck of the woods doesn;t seem to be a popular glitch area :rotfl:

Any ideas how I can maximise my mags :o

I've not managed to find any as my area is a well used and glitches out area.:eek::eek:
Look at the vouchers in the mag and see if the product is on offer in T's then you just simply buy it there. If its cheaper in A's or S's then buy it in T's as part of a PP :)

Just thought I would mention again before I go that the Chokablok 2 for £2 is still working in superstores, just in case any of you miss mine and Purditas posts from last night. ;)

I also found RTC Oaktree Spaghetti 18p and Ravioli 17p in large tins at the one I went to. HTHs[/QUOTE

Thanks for that, because I work shifts I can't always rush to the shops and when I did manage to pick a couple of these up, I saw the offer changed the following day, so thought I was too late :T:T Yahaa more chockie! Thanks

Trolleys are free in both A's and T's where I live. We only have to pay for a trolley at Sainsbugs.

I make it £3.60 for 8 shower gels. Can anyone confirm. Tia x

    Eight @ 97p = £7.76 - less 10% = £6.98
    Compare £6.98 to (8 * £1.50) £12 = £5.02 APG
    £8 paid less £5.02 = £2.98 for eight, or 37p each.
Thats my take, of course I could be wrong.

Excellent. How many coupons did you receive and are they as they had promised? generic ones? I don't think I could fit any more toilet rolls in my garage now without causing an obstruction.

Can you get tissues with them?
