Newbies may be trolls. Agreed. But they MAY not be. Possibly.

If they are genuine newbies you may scare them off. Not good, some of these newbies really have the hang of this stuff.

You also run the risk of putting newbies off of joining. Goodness knows, I've been around a while and was too apprehensive to post here due to the sheer nastiness during the APG madness.

Well said. And this particular newbie seemed less the troll (i.e. deliberately disrupting the thread) than the other newbie accusing the first one!! I couldn't care less if alter-egos are used - I take each post as they come, and don't take user history into account.

Oooh I have another one not a large one but this one compares to tesco and is on offer in asda 2 for £3 so I paid £3 and got £1.36 plus 10% back and we use loads so I suppose could combine with choccies

Yes but it compared as though you paid £9 for 6, which you did. If you had bought 6 individually they would still ahve cost you £9, but this is the glitch - they would have compared as though you paid £2.24 each. Making it look as though Asda were much dearer resulting in a bigger apg and cheaper gel all round.:beer:
