whilst doing the above shop got supremely trouted using an old APG of £17.xx ,my first trouting!
SA called superv who went away and came back and said she couldnt accept it as they were capped at £15. I argued but she wouldnt have it. So I said fine take off the £15 and I will ring Ho - she couldnt do that either - so was actually refusing to let me use the voucher. So I paid in full with cash and stomped off to customer services with very thin lips at this point (this is my angry face-very thin lips). So i told the SA at CS to read her huddle and it will confirm to her that vouchers printed before the date of the capping must be accepted. So she huffed and puffed, tried to refund my whole shop and then put it thru again using the voucher???? That failed miserably so i ended up with a gift card for the amount of the APG. Which is god as the expiry date was up on it tomorrowYou're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -

I do not know if this is still relevent.
On monday i bought a ariel actilift gel 24 wash at sada, sel was £4....did not look at receipt:o
But checked for a apg...and got a£2.60 coupon which i was not expecting
On a look at compare,I had been charged £7.69......at that point I phone the store who told me to go to customer services and they would refund the £3.69.
Which i did today and asked and got a £2 g/c......whilst buying linx i look again at the sel for this and is now showing at £5;)
It may be worth a look at:D0 -
It is showing as included for meborntosave wrote: »I think it does work, see KittyKat shop a few posts back
Hi, have been away for a wedding and back to this:D it's great. Dairy box is not showing on the 3 for £10 offer but it is on offer at T's for £3.75. think KK would of paid full price in sada to get it to compare to £3.75 at T's rather than the offer price in sada, hope this makes sense.:pThe person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0
