I've just waved my oldest daughter nearly 18 off on a 4 day duke of Edinburgh gold trek in mid Wales -hope the weather improves she looked so grown up with her huge rucksack - sada snack bars came in handy too ! my toddler is now having lunch whilst baby Welshy sleeps upstairs. I should catch up on housework but working out a sada shopping list instead
